Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CiteRank subscriptions, reports, and one-time page upgrade services. It forms part of our Terms of Service; where applicable law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights apply.

If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a payment you believe was unauthorized, contact us promptly with your account email, payment date, and receipt. We will review the records and process any required refund or correction after confirmation.

4. How to submit a request

Submit a cancellation or refund request by email: support@citerank.io.

Include your account email, order or subscription name, reason for the request, and the resolution you are asking for. We normally reply within three business days after receiving the necessary information; complex cases may take longer to verify.

5. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. The time for a refund to appear can also depend on the payment provider and your card issuer.
