Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CiteRank subscriptions, reports, and one-time page upgrade services. It forms part of our Terms of Service; where applicable law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights apply.
1. Subscription cancellations
- You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal, and the current paid period normally remains available through its end date.
- Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days or a partial month of a subscription.
- If your account provides a billing portal, you can cancel there. If it does not, contact support@citerank.io and we will help.
2. One-time services and reports
- For a one-time diagnostic, report, or page upgrade, a cancellation request made before work starts will be reviewed based on the order status.
- Once work has started or a report or page change plan has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise or your written order terms say otherwise.
- If you believe a deliverable has a material omission, contact us with the order and the issue first. We will review the agreed scope and, where appropriate, consider a completion, correction, account credit, or other reasonable remedy.
3. Duplicate or unauthorized payments
If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a payment you believe was unauthorized, contact us promptly with your account email, payment date, and receipt. We will review the records and process any required refund or correction after confirmation.
4. How to submit a request
Submit a cancellation or refund request by email: support@citerank.io.
Include your account email, order or subscription name, reason for the request, and the resolution you are asking for. We normally reply within three business days after receiving the necessary information; complex cases may take longer to verify.
5. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. The time for a refund to appear can also depend on the payment provider and your card issuer.
